Kanye created a deal to shop for a mega-unit in an exceedingly super, super exclusive Miami Beach dwelling building, dubbed "Billionaire Beach Bunker"
The 18-story building is occupied by hedge fund gazillionaires and preposterously wealthy land developers.
We're told Kanye scoped the place out on his own whereas in the city for Art Basel, and Kim had never even seen it. Kanye has fairly deep ties to the town. he is seen every day at the metropolis. Kim conjointly did a show there ... "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami."

Our sources say Kanye in secret created the supply this month and stunned Kim on Christmas day.
The unit sounds awing. It's 4,700 sq. feet with four bedrooms, five 1/2 b, baths and an insanely giant terrace. The building is tricked out with a gymnasium, pool and spa.
Obviously, it's right to the beach!
They actually got a deal ... sort of. it had been originally listed at $15.5 million.
